CONTRACT NO. 2022 – 7- A  FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE DRAG RIVER BRIDGE

LOCATION: County Road No. 1 (Gelert Road)  Between Scotts Dam Road and Ingoldsby Road

SCOPE OF WORK:
Without limiting the generality of the contract, the work comprising the contract consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:

• Environmental protection
• Traffic control and staging, including temporary concrete barrier and portable temporary traffic signals
• Removals – asphalt, concrete, expansion joints, barrier, railing, guiderail and bearing pads
• Concrete deck delamination repairs
• Replacement of the bridge parapet wall and railing system with a three-tube railing on curb with concrete end walls
• Conversion of the abutments to semi-integral
• Replacement of the approach slabs
• Type A, B & C concrete repairs
• Replacement of abutment bearing pads
• Waterproofing
• Concrete curb
• Asphalt resurfacing
• Guiderail and end treatments
• Line markings
