Funding Announcement: Upgrades to the Haliburton County Rail Trail

The County of Haliburton is happy to have been selected as one of the 15 communities supported by the Investing In Canada plan, an opportunity via joint federal, provincial and recipient funding. As a result, the County will receive $107,250 (federal) and $89,366 (provincial), combined with $71,509 (2021 budgeted) for a total of $268,125.

Update: 2021 Spring Load Restrictions (Half Loads) will be lifted from County of Haliburton roads on Thursday, April 29 2021. The following County Roads are affected: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 39, 48, 507 & 648.
